|A specialized movement therapy (comparable to the Alexander Method, or Feldenkrais) designed to release deep-seated physical and mental patterns. The Trager Approach facilitates deep relaxation, increased mobility and improves mental clarity. Sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes in our private room, with Certified Trager Practitioner, Marva Sletten, PT, CMPT, CLT-LANA, LMT. Comfortable clothing should be worn. |
